BetVibe Terms & Conditions — What You Need to Know Before You Play

These Terms & Conditions apply to all use of the BetVibe platform (website, mobile app, and related services). By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any of BetVibe's services, you are agreeing to these terms in full.

BetVibe is an online betting and gaming platform operating under an international gaming license. These Terms and Conditions have been drawn up in accordance with international gaming laws and applicable regulations.

To register with BetVibe, the following conditions must be met:

• Only one account may be opened per phone number or email address.
• Your account must be for your own personal use only — operating an account on behalf of someone else or a third party is not permitted.
• Keep your account password and login details completely confidential.

BetVibe reserves the right to close any account registered with false information at any time and to forfeit the associated balance.

BetVibe complies with international anti-money laundering regulations. As a result, identity verification is mandatory in certain situations. KYC is typically requested at the following times:

• Prior to your first large withdrawal
• If unusual transaction patterns are detected on an account
• If a discrepancy is found between registered details and the payment method used

KYC verification typically requires a scan of your National ID or passport along with proof of address. Withdrawals may be put on hold until KYC is complete.

All documents submitted are stored securely in accordance with BetVibe's privacy policy and are never shared with third parties.

Deposit

The minimum deposit at BetVibe is ৳100. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are usually instant. Bank transfers may take 1 to 4 hours. All deposits must be made from your own mobile banking or bank account.

Withdrawal

Withdrawals may only be made via the same method used for the deposit. Amounts subject to unmet wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn — however, your original deposited funds are always available for withdrawal.

• bKash/Nagad Withdrawal: Typically 15 minutes to 1 hour.
• Rocket Withdrawal: 30 to 90 minutes.
• Bank Transfer: 2 to 24 hours.

Once a bet is submitted on BetVibe, it is considered final. If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, BetVibe reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake.

In the Event of a Match Cancellation or Abandonment

If a match or event is cancelled or abandoned, the original stake is generally refunded. For accumulator bets, the cancelled leg is calculated at odds of 1.00 and the remaining legs are settled as normal.

Live Betting

In Live Betting, odds change from moment to moment. If the odds shift while you are submitting a bet, the system will display the updated odds and ask you to confirm. BetVibe reserves the right to set maximum bet limits.

BetVibe offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers — including welcome bonuses, free bets, cashback, and reload bonuses. Each bonus has its own specific terms, but certain general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses may only be withdrawn after completing the specified wagering (rollover) requirement.
• The same member may not claim the same bonus more than once.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time — once expired, they are automatically cancelled.
• The maximum bet amount using bonus funds is capped — typically ৳500 per bet.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is detected, the bonus and all winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BetVibe and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Money Laundering: Using the betting platform to launder illegally obtained funds.
• Bots & Automated Software: Using automated programs to place bets or play games.
• Bonus Abuse: Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts or false information.
• Use of Match-Fixing Information: Placing bets using insider or illegally obtained information.
• Account Sharing: Sharing your account with others or using someone else's account.
• Platform Abuse: Cyberattacks, hacking, or attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in the platform.

BetVibe may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Where there is sufficient evidence of a terms & conditions violation.
• If suspicious transactions are detected on the account.
• Failure to provide the required documents for KYC verification.
• If it is found that you registered using false or incomplete information.

If an account is closed, the member may be eligible to recover their valid balance (the original deposited funds) — however, the process may be delayed until any investigation is complete. Members may also request to close their account at any time by contacting Support.

BetVibe collects personal information provided at registration and uses it solely for the purpose of delivering its services. BetVibe's commitments regarding data protection:

• Your information will not be sold or disclosed to third parties.
• All data is secured with TLS 1.3 encryption.
• Your information will not be shared with government bodies or authorities unless legally required.

BetVibe believes betting is a form of entertainment — and it should never become a problem. To support this, BetVibe provides a number of tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Session Limit: Set a limit on how long you play in one sitting.
• Reality Check: Periodic reminders showing how long you have been playing.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the platform for anywhere between 30 days and 5 years.

BetVibe strives to deliver the highest quality service; however, liability is limited in the following circumstances:

• Disruption to bets or gameplay caused by internet connectivity issues.
• Temporary unavailability of third-party software or payment gateways.
• Service disruptions caused by natural disasters or other unforeseen events.

However, if a member does not receive a legitimate win due to a technical error, BetVibe will take full responsibility and resolve the issue. Please report any such incident to Support within 48 hours.

BetVibe may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified via email or in-app notification at least 7 days in advance.

Continued use of BetVibe after updated terms are published will be taken as acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree, please request account closure.
